since version 3 this system has become unusable for really relevant results. It's nice and fast for playing for fun or for kids, but if you need really reliable results and you can measure or verify them, you will find that the error rate is close to 100%. for example, generating any data blog in any of the common formats is unthinkable with this system, because it is not able to close or match tags. So if you don't care about valid results or you can't verify that the result is completely relevant or you don't want to do it, then you can safely use this system and tolerate practically invalid results that you won't see. For at least a little serious work, this system is literally a threat of danger.

Too restrictive to be useful

Gemini is a disappointment for me in real-world use. When dictating, it doesn’t recognize any language other than English, which is a major issue. The limit on the number of files you can upload (even in a ZIP) is unnecessarily restrictive and seriously hurts practical usability. I wanted to switch from ChatGPT to Gemini, but these limitations put me off. On top of that, there’s no option to export the output directly to PDF, which is a big downside for work.

Great LM, but misses the some confort features

I have the pro (a year for students) version and am using both the Gemini and the NotebookLM on daily basis (it truly is a quality model for studying both history and coding), but this app is quite limited with “gems” (please rename it to “folder” or something) still allowing only 10 files.
