I really like to play in This game, but I have a problem, I deleted the game and all my locations were gone, they were all bought from me, after restoring purchases from there, too, please fix this bug I'm very upset, write me what to do. So, basically, my ten year old daughter lives to play this game and absolutely loves it. Obviously, since she liked it this much and it helped her explore her creativity, when she asked to make an in app purchase I agreed. So, after the seventh purchase the app started taking the money but not giving us the packs that we actually bought, and then it was one time, and then the other. We thought that wasn’t the game but maybe the bank account, so we left it at that and didn’t try to purchase anything else. That leads us to the second problem. About a month after that, whenever she started playing and decided to try to go on to ANY structure at all, (houses or landmarks) she suddenly got kicked out. Now the only solution that we could think of was deleting the app and reinstalling it, but since some of our friends had done the same after similar issues with the app, they warned us that we probably would be getting our purchases back when we reinstall, and I am not ready to lose my money because of an ‘alleged’ glitch. See, since this has been happening to many people I believe that the app is made for scamming rather that kids being creative.

Hello! I would like to make a complaint. This game is so good that I purchased some of the packs you have. But there is a problem. When I collect items from the post office and I return them to my home, some of the stuff don’t move when I want them to, and then I get out of the house and go back in, all the stuff I collected from the post office is completely gone! I’ve done this twice and it’s doing the same thing. I’m really disappointed since I want to decorate my house and the stuff are disappearing and it’s just a complete waste of my time. Please fix this as soon as possible! Thank you for your time.

Hi there 👋 We’re really sorry this happened! We know how frustrating this is 😔 Could you try resetting the app from the main menu using the red reset button? This helps fix stuck games. While your world progress resets, your purchases, characters, outfits, and gifts will still be there. Let us know if this works for you! ✨Toca Boca✨
