The content is great, very rich but the app itself needs improvement. The player seems to head only a singular way if I need to play back 10 secs or fast forward 10 or 20 secs it’s not possible. Also It allows for use on 5 devices which is fantastic because it allows to keep it on the kids device but doesn’t provide a parental lock, so they have access to everything as well. Also the favorites list is not friendly, all favorites appear on all devices, again not very child friendly. There is also no offline player, I know it’s a streaming app but without an offline option it is limited.

trying to connect this app to a tv is too difficult

I like the content however the app is so restricted.. I’m having trouble downloading it on my smart TVs as they’re not very new. When trying to connect my iPhone to the TV the app simply blocks the content. Same when I try connecting my ipad as well. The app also isn’t available on PS4 so literally the only way I can watch anything is using my mobile/iPad which is such a waste. Need a solution to be able to watch on Tv please.I appreciate the response but you guys are assuming we have all the gadgets in the world? I don’t have chrome cast and a laptop for entertainment purposes I use an iPad and iPhone as well as a PS4. At least let your app be available on PS4 to cover as many channels as possible so the customer can enjoy the app in its full potential!

Why Does It Work on My Phone but Not on Windows?! Fix Your Website!

I’m seriously frustrated. The app works perfectly fine on my phone — episodes play smoothly, no issues at all. But the moment I try to watch on my Windows browser, it just keeps loading forever. The episode never starts. It’s NOT my Wi-Fi — everything else loads fast, including your mobile app. So why can’t you get the website to work properly?! I shouldn’t have to switch devices just to watch something I’m already paying for. Fix your desktop streaming, or stop calling it a cross-platform service!
