Zeer teleurstellende ervaringDit is een van de slechtste apps die ik ooit heb gebruikt. De service is uiterst onprofessioneel: e-mails worden niet beantwoord en contact opnemen met de ondersteuning is bijna onmogelijk. Zelfs na het versturen van meerdere berichten kreeg ik geen enkele reactie.Daarnaast werken de betaalmethodes vaak niet, en word je regelmatig zonder duidelijke reden geband. Vervolgens moet je telkens opnieuw een appeal indienen, waarna ze toegeven dat het hun fout was en je account weer ontgrendelen om daarna hetzelfde probleem opnieuw te laten gebeuren.Kortom: zeer slechte klantenservice en onbetrouwbare werking. Absoluut geen aanrader.
