The players who have really high scores must be spending a lot to stay at the top of team/country/ world leader boards.The chances are stacked against you as you near targets and you’ll be left one turn short of completing a level more times than you complete one. You’ll find yourself stuck on levels and denied the chances you need, all designed to tempt you into spending.The game draws you in and sets you team & personal targets. What the game allows you to achieve is geared to your pocket; you pay to get the extra turns or add-ons you need to complete levels in pursuit of your targets.Otherwise progress is so slow that you get bored & frustrated.I’ve removed it from my kids’ devices.

I've loved this game for several years and have written 5 star review in the past but recent undates to reward challenges have sucked the fun out. I used to play whenever I had time but now I keep getting rewards that are on timers and I miss out on them because I can't stay on for 15 minutes to an hour (whatever the timer is) to enjoy them before the timer runs out. The changes were made only a couple of weeks ago and already I'm playing less than before because I try to wait to maximise the timed rewards. In the past I'd play on and off throughout the day but now I play other games whenI have a spare moment and differ playing thus one becauseI don't want to waste the timed rewards. If they thought the new reward system would create incentive to play, then it didn't work for me. It had the opposite effect. They also cut the team championship rewards in half which is huge cut and I don't see the value in working so hard to win the coins. The reward doesn't justify the effort. They cut the coins out of the team chest and replaced it with unlimited lives for a hour. So it is clear the developers have reduced the players ability to earn coins for free so they can get players to buy them. It was sudden and blatant and very disappointing.

This game is rather enjoyable, but it feels like every aspect of the game has been specifically designed to get you to spend money.I read the reviews and thought people were just being picky, but you basically have to pay to play. I’m only at level 24 and I have already run out of lives twice. It feel as though the game has predetermined whether or not I will pass a level. As silly as it sounds, it really gives off the impression that you are wasting lives so you’ll buy more to continue playing. Perhaps the developers could add in a “hard level” warning so you aren’t surprised when you can’t pass level 4?Usually games like this give you the first 10 levels (or so) to get used to everything and figure out the gameplay before giving you combinations that don’t help you complete the level.I also think the chests may be spaced too many stars apart. At the moment it’s not a problem but I imagine that when I get to harder levels it will take a lot longer to get rewards. I hope at the very least the rewards get better as you go.

I saw the reviews and most complaint that they need spend money to pass the levels! I really disagree! This is only game I played so long on the phone! Yes it is very addict but soo much fun! I think I have played for a year now and I have managed to pass 3250 levels without spend a cent!!! I I Just wish the game developer produce more levels quicker! I think to join a team is very important because you will get 1000 coins each member if the team gets the top score! It will help you pass the levels certainly. I didn’t talk to other members very much except to ask lives just click a button, other team members will help, of course I will help to send them lives as well! You will be surprised how quickly you can have 5 lives back!
