Equal parts task manager and calendar, this app has helped us build a schedule that’s as productive as it is practical. And with apps for Apple Watch and Mac, it can help keep you on track wherever you go.
Best free calendar application in all of the internet

Before using this, i used a physical diary. A physical diary is impractical as to carry it everywhere along with a pen plus it’s limited space and also my life became more demanding which prompted me to find an alternative. I tried a couple of calendar apps but I’ll spare you the details. Essentially, this app was the best. Other apps asked for a paid subscription and if you didn’t, you wouldn’t access to basic features such as being able set alerts once an event begins(ironic because this feature is also limited in this program but ill get to it). The ability to EASILY drag tasks/events to certain times or days, was a feature that really is intuitive and I think would make a difference in the 90% of people reading this review. Not only that but what they call “inbox” in this program also doubles down as a to-do list which is incredibly handy. Having one app that takes all these needs is super beneficial. However I would give this program a 4.8/5 if they was an option. And that is the ability to being able to set alerts prior to an event/task AND able to repeat events. Of course if you pay for their paid subscription, you’ll get these features. However, I believe that these two are fundamental features to a calander app and I know for a lot of people, it can be a deal breaker, if they dont have one or both of these features. Other than that though, no complaints whatsover. Excellent Excellent program that really has been programmed with care and precision making sure every part of the user experience is smooth and intuitive. At least on my MacBook Air. I would expect the same on all other devices. It runs well on my iPhone too. Thank you developers for creating such an extraordinary program
Great App. Definitely Recommend. Although I do have some suggested improvements 😊

Definitely would recommend this app. It's great to be able to just see everything that I have on that day in one place. Also the inbox is very helpful to be able to see what tasks I have that need doing, but also being able to put them somewhere to find the time. This is a great app trust me but I do have some suggestions to improve it for a better user experience. One improvement I could think of would be instead of just saying that the tasks overlap, put them side by side, kind of in two columns, so that I can see by how much they actually do overlap and then you could put the line that marks where the time is up to across both tasks. The second improvement would be to be able zoom out on my day just to be able to see all my tasks right next to each other rather than spaced out along the timeline, still being able to see what the tasks are, but just all beside each other. Another improvement would be when the notification comes up for a task, the option to either start the task now or delay for 5 - 10 minutes. It often happens that I plan a task, but overestimated how long it would take to finish the task before, so this feature would be helpful for delaying tasks. Also, more icons for tasks would be great too 😊This is an amazing app, especially considering I haven't purchased the pro version as of yet definitely considering that. Although, the free version works quite well too.
the best free planner out there, will probably buy the full version too

I had a little test run (hence my disappearance from structured momentarily which was hilarious coz I'd get notifications asking if something was wrong and why I'd stopped using the app, it wasn't you it was me, I was trying out a bunch of free planners)I use my traditional paper journal first thing every morning to set out what I need to get done, and I just needed something to organise the timings of my day and how long each task would take me and this is perfect for that. It also forced me to be critical of how many hours I have available to me in a day and not to try overload myself with tasks and really think about how long each task I've set out for myself will take. love the options available even just on the el basico free plan coz I've gotten so much utility out of it without feeling hounded into getting the full/paid extras. thank you Structured, y'all really do be doing the most for free <3
