Better than I expected

Honestly, when I saw an ad for this game, I thought it was just gonna be this crappy mobile game but then when I played it felt like I was playing on the PlayStation or Xbox or PC it just get you involved with the feeling of the game and as a player that’s what I love it makes you feel like you’re playing stumble guys or fall guys honestly if you are looking at this review and if you have time to please take in everything I have just said this game will change your life. If you play this game you’re never going to be bored I will say it once more. Please read this review and take in the information so that you can have the best time of your life playing this game. I downloaded this like yesterday by the way.

Fun till a point then boring

I’ve played the game for roughly 6 months, I’ve made purchases which takes out the ads which really made a difference in engagement and enjoyability. Currently at Master level (top 2%) but there is a lacking of motivation to keep playing as the stretch to Champion level (top 1%) doesn’t engage enough interest as by this point you come to the realisation only a few of the gadgets are required to continue winning. The gadget cards that are gifted are frequently for gadgets that are duds you would never use and the ones that you do use they rarely appear. I wish you couldn’t actually engage in the race by tapping or something and it not be an auto race against robots that have random gadgets as then it’s just luck of the draw whether you win, seeing the gadgets before the race you can already predict the winner so then I just close down the app and restart to not lose progress- was fun now total snooze fest. Don’t think it has the legs to be a long term game but will def feed a short term interest if that’s you.

I’ve played the game for roughly 6 months, I’ve made purchases which takes out the ads which really made a difference in engagement and enjoyability. Great game but rewards system needs to be adjusted

Recently downloaded this game and enjoying it thus far despite the ads. However the further I progress, the more I realise the Fortune Wheel rewards is not rewarding after all.The champs you’re against with are RNG and sometimes very hard to place top 3. And if you do, the wheel gives you only 50 coins (even after coming in 1st) which is barely anything because it takes 30 minutes to wait for a ticket to play an event and upgrades are expensive. Even the chests don’t even give good rewards. It’s very demotivating to win any challenges because the rewards are close to non existent and you basically have to watch ads or spend gems to unlock items or skills (even the gems in the wheel is of tiny amount).Maybe if the team can revise the incentives and rewards, the engagement would be a lot better.

So I downloaded this game thinking I’d would of been your average mobile game but no. I ended up really enjoying the game and I loved the mechanics and how it made feel like a fall guys or stumble guys player. And from my experience there are little to no ads and I HATE ADS so that little detail really made me happy. The game eventually gets repetitive and then boring but the excitement and experience I had while first playing it was phenomenal. From regular updates to versing real players Pocket Champs has it all! So like I said before I did not expect this game to be so good.
