I’ve opened an account several days ago but today when I tried to open the app again I saw that it has kicked me out of my account asking me to login again. When I try to enter an email and recover my account it opens a completely new account with all my information gone. I’ve also tried searching my name from my friends’ accounts with whom I was connected to and my account has completely vanished. I’ve wasted my time creating an account, connecting with people and I’ve also received several job offers but now everything went down the drain.

LinkedIn needs improvement

I’ve been really disappointed with LinkedIn’s customer support and the structure of their premium plans. Despite paying for a premium subscription, the benefits are minimal and not worth the cost. The trial plan is especially frustrating – it offers very limited services, making it hard to gauge the true value of upgrading. Customer support is unresponsive and not helpful when issues arise. LinkedIn needs to improve these aspects to better serve its users.

I have verified my profile with my company email. But now it sais I didnt and when I try to verify it again with my company email, it sais that with this email someone already verified their profile. Ofc... that was me... so whats going on ? I searched how to resive support, but on customer support are only dozen automatic questions and no place to ask custom question...
