This is a wonderful app, and I have recommended it to many users. Around 10 of my friends joined, and they even shared it with their siblings because it is very beneficial. The app helps track calories and steps, allows friendly competition, and encourages users to stay motivated. Through using this app, I was able to lose about 15 kg, although it also requires personal commitment.I have been using the app for more than two years, and I can confidently say that it never becomes boring. On the contrary, it becomes more motivating over time. In the past, I did not pay much attention to steps or exercise, but now my daily goal and main motivation when I wake up is achieving my step target.I have a suggestion for improvement: it would be helpful if the app displayed exact times instead of only showing “today,” “yesterday,” or the date when sharing results.I also suggest improving the step update speed. Sometimes I open the app around 11:45 PM with a goal of 25,000 steps, and it still shows 23,000 steps. When I continue walking to monitor my progress, the app does not update until after midnight or after leaving the phone unused for several minutes. Later, I discover that my steps actually reached 25,500. While that feels rewarding, I hope the app can update progress more quickly and consistently.Another positive feature is that the advertisements are minimal and not overwhelming.
