For compatibility with preferences written by a previous Thunderbird
version, the patch falls back to the nickname-only form if it fails to
find the cert by the DBKey. You'd have to write both the
{signing,encryption}_cert_name and {signing,encryption}_cert_dbkey prefs
to take advantage of the new method of referencing a specific
certificate, though.

("c-c", for comm-central). You need to apply both
